From Ballet, to Pilates, to Pole, my journey has taken me across the world and back.

Born in Zimbabwe in 1963, Africa has always been in my blood. The first part of my life was dedicated to Classical Ballet. Schooled at the Elmhurst Ballet School and Rambert Academy, my classical career included contracts with London City Ballet, Scottish Ballet, Vienna Festival Ballet, Hong Kong Ballet and NAPAC, to name a few.

In 2000, I was part of the very first group of instructors in South Africa to be BASI (Body Arts and Science International) certified, that include intensive, comprehensive teacher certification in Pilates on the equipment and mat.

For the last 19 years, I have been operating my own studio.

Since 2017 I became part of the incredible Pole Physiques Studio team, running an affiliated studio in Parkhurst.

Pole has changed my life and body, giving me strength both physically and mentally. Most of all, Pole is fun and the people you meet, incredible.
